Ensuring our visitors’ safety is top priority at Canton's Liberty Festival. Accordingly, the following measures will be in place through our event:
1. In the case of a weather emergency, festival goers are asked to please seek shelter in the nearby Canton Administration Building, or Summit on the Park. Both facilities have been designated safe spaces for seeking shelter from weather emergencies.
2. Pick up a no-cost lost child wristband at one of our conveniently-located Canton Leisure Services information booths. Our staff will jot parents and/or guardians’ phone numbers on the inside of the band, which they’ll then retrieve if approached by a child separated from their party.
3. Head to our first aid station, located next to Canton Public Safety’s mobile command unit, with any medical issues. If assistance is need, please notify a Liberty Fest staff member as soon as possible.
Drop-off, Uber, Lyft Zone
Parents and guests are encouraged to use the loop at the Heritage Park clock tower, located at Civic Center Boulevard and Veterans Way for visitor drop-off and pickup.
Pets, Bikes, Roller-Blades, Skateboards
Please no pets, roller-blades or skateboards. Bikes should be parked in FREE bike corrals located at main festival entry points. Please note, parents are responsible for the direct supervision of their children at all times.
